So, you are on your way to accomplishing your goal. What do you have to do to get there? We've created a tool to help you determine the caloric deficit that you will have to create on a daily/weekly basis to get there. How do you create a caloric deficit? Easy; Eat less or exercise more or both. Though it sounds easy, I'm sure you'll agree that it isn't all that easy. Its time to put away the cheetos, dust of the running shoes, and get to work.
